All second-hand kites, kite bars, and second-hand kiteboards that we offer meet the following checks.
Second-hand kite inspection
- The kite canopy is checked for holes and quality.
- The kite is inflated and left for 24 hours to ensure it is not leaking.
- Valves are checked.
- One pump hoses are checked.
- All stitches of the second-hand kite are checked.
- Pigtails, bridles, and pulleys are checked for possible wear.
Second-hand kiteboard inspection
- Check for damage on the top and bottom.
- The rails are checked for damage or delamination.
- Fins are checked for damage.
- Threading is checked.
Second-hand kite bar inspection
- Check of the safety system.
- Check of the swivel and depower system.
- Check lines for knots, damage, or wear.
- Check line length or stretching of the lines.
