Down airflex

The latest fabric, water repellent and moisture wicking with the down feel and maximum stretch of airflex neoprene. This fabric is also new on the Predator and Flair wetsuits.
The fabric is soft to the touch and unique material in combination with the Velvet AirFlex2 lining.

Airflex 550+ and 300+ Limestone neoprene
We have 3 types of Airflex neoprene. 300+, 500+ and 550+ stretch. This airflex is made of limestone neoprene and by changing the formula of the foaming agents we can determine the elongation in the raw material.

Zodiac2 lining
Zodic Jacquard velvet fleece on the inside, layered with a quick drying thermal fleece for extra warmth and comfort. It absorbs the water from the skin, releases quickly and increases comfort.

Velvet AirFlex 550+ & 500+ liner
Softer than ever before, more stretch, comfortable feel and quick drying. A new milestone in wetsuit technology. Clearly recognizable by the feeling… velvety soft.

FTM TAPED SEAMS
The Fluid Taping Method seam construction also features triple glued seams where the outside of the seam is sealed by a wider black carbon neoprene seal. The inside of the seam is protected by our blind fit technology. FTM taped seams are durable, waterproof and retain their high stretch.

Water- based adhesive
The laminated neoprene sheets are cut into panels and assembled into a neoprene product such as a wetsuit. The lamination of all these wetsuits is done with
