Version 3 of our radical freestyle and big air kites has arrived. The Eleveight FS activates explosive high-performance features that let you boost higher, loop harder and pop more aggressively than ever before. It is tailored to the needs of professional riders and ensures that the performance is also accessible to less advanced riders. The Open-C design has all the features of a true C-kite, such as instant control, explosive lift and a wide angle of attack that comes into play when you loop the kite or jump out of the water. It is the most progressive kite design a rider can choose. Yet the kite is incredibly stable, covers a huge wind range and quickly takes the rider upwind.

To further enhance this iconic kite, we’ve made some subtle changes and a few more bold changes to this year’s version. Most notably, we have reworked the canopy curve, improving load distribution. This modification results in more brute force, especially when folded in mid-air or mid-air. By introducing a completely new lightweight trailing edge with anti-vibration patches and new load diffusers, we have not only improved kite life by eliminating canopy flutter, but more importantly, we have succeeded to shave off a significant amount of weight. Version 4 is more flexible and dynamic than ever before. This effect is enhanced by the new alignment of our strut tips, reducing tip resistance. Looping a kite has never been so accessible and fun.

TURNING CHARACTERISTIC

The turning characteristics of the Eleveight FS are optimized for radical boosts because it reacts immediately to steering impulses. During turns, the kite generates grunty power, and you experience a dizzying forward momentum in kite loops. The FS is perfect for sending huge megaloops.

ASPECT RATIO

The 5-Strut high aspect ratio allows the FS to travel upwind with ease. Thanks to its superior aerodynamics, it performs very well over the entire wind range.
